HubSpot Onboarding: Using our 5-phase implantation Cogent Blueprint™ approach, costs typically range from £5,000 to £20,000.
Monthly Support Retainers: Typically ranges from £2,000 to £4,000+ per month.
System Connectors: Ranges from £299 to £848 per month (plus a one-time setup fee). The one-time setup fee is typically £10,00 or £2,000 depending the complexity of the integration.
The biggest factor in onboarding cost is the complexity of the subscription you choose.
Sales & Service Hubs: These are generally simpler to set up, but this is dependent on how complex the processes that need to be mapped are. The cost of implementing these hubs is around £2,500 (included in the Cogent Blueprint™ costs).
Marketing Hub: This is more complex, involving email templates, automation workflows, segmentation, and blog migration. The cost of implementing this hub is around £3,000 (included in the Cogent Blueprint™ costs).
Enterprise Tier: If you are on the Enterprise plan, complexity increases significantly (e.g., custom objects, advanced permissions), and therefore will increase the prices.
Why the difference? A Marketing Enterprise setup might take 50+ hours of technical configuration and training, whereas a Service Hub Professional setup might only take 20 hours.
If you are using any of our OW Sync Connectors, the monthly cost depends on how "fresh" you need your data to be.
Standard Sync (£299 - £599/mo): Data updates hourly or weekly. This is perfect for teams who just need end-of-day reporting.
Advanced Sync (£599 - £848/mo): Data updates every 15 minutes or daily (for Glenigan). This is critical for high-velocity sales teams who need to see stock levels or new leads immediately.
Note: Integration also requires a one-time onboarding fee (£1,000 - £3,000) to map your specific data fields correctly.
After the initial setup, many clients stay with us for ongoing strategy and "Supered" implementation.
Basic (£2,000/mo): Good for maintenance and small tweaks.
Pro (£3,200/mo): Better for active improvements and new campaign builds.
Advanced (£4,000+/mo): For aggressive growth strategies and complex system expansion.
We want to be clear about what is not included in our service fees so you aren't surprised.
HubSpot License Fees: You pay HubSpot directly for the software subscription (e.g., Sales Hub Pro). Our fees are strictly for the service of setting it up and managing it.
VAT: will be added to all net prices shown on the quote for UK-based customers.
Third-Party Apps: If we recommend a specific tool to solve a niche problem (like a specific calling software or SMS integration), that subscription is an additional cost.
Custom Development: If you need a completely bespoke API integration outside of our standard connectors, this will be scoped and quoted separately.
